Priscilla was a great help. She did great recommending dinner and was a big help with accommodating our animals. This is a pet friendly hotel. It's a $250 deposit for pets. It's the highest price i have come across traveling but worth it. Hotel and staff very nice. When you arrive tell Priscilla Harold sent you she will hook you up with whatever you need. She is a great asset to hotel.

Had a solid stay at the Holiday Inn—clean room, comfy bed, no drama. Only thing that tried to test my patience was the showerhead. That thing was spraying in about 50 different directions at once like it was fighting for its life. I felt like I was dodging water jets in a low-budget action movie. Fix that, and it’d be a full five stars.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Amanda at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and personable (making us feel instantly at ease). Her thoughtful approach and genuine warmth stood out, especially after a less-than-comforting interaction at another hotel we’ve previously enjoyed. Amanda’s professionalism and reassuring presence truly made a difference and set the tone for a great stay. We also appreciated the friendliness of the cleaning staff. Every brief interaction we had with them was positive. They were sweet, courteous, and never made us feel like we were in the way, even when we crossed paths in the hallway. We’re grateful for the hospitality all around, and honestly, we may have just found our new favorite hotel

Michelle did the check inn and provided one of the the best service we had received at Holiday inn. The hotel is ample , clean and looks they renovated furniture and walls . Rooms are ample and clean , the only furniture they need to replace is the recliner , everything h else is really nice .

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk managers were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to answer any questions I had. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, the excellent customer service at this hotel made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Snyder for anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice rooms and so peaceful at night. Stayed here twice while traveling to Houston for a Rugby tournament.

Nice, clean accommodations with the usual Holiday Inn Express amenities and lower rates than the larger cities. Priscilla at the front desk was very helpful and I appreciate her professionalism and top-notch customer service. We've stayed here twice now passing through west Texas on road trips. I recommend The Butcher Block for local dining when staying here.

I had a short stay reserved, just one night. When I checked in they had no record of the reservation The young lady at the counter, Jaqueline, was more than happy to help. She was very friendly and polite as we navigated thru the confusion. Just what you would expect in a small Texas town. After flying all day then driving I just wanted a place to lay my head and rest. Jacqueline quickly got me checked in and sent me to my room. By noon the next day everything had been sorted and made right. The rooms were clean and welcoming and breakfast was pretty good. If I have to come this way again I’ll definitely be staying here.
